Seeing a model house of the floor plan we picked made the decision for us. The location, on the other hand, was not the easiest thing to sort out. The hardest decision for us was to decide on where to put the house. I preferred being by the lake, while my husband preferred being close to shopping areas. We were able to change some things about the house to make it suit us more.

Until all thr issues happen with their poor build quality such as the 10 cracked tiles i have, siding starting to push out, and touch ups. I had tp recaulk my house myself also, because they didn't send anyone the first 5 times we brought it up. We've had to reinforce a few so they can keep working properly.
