Seeing a model house of the floor plan we picked made the decision for us. The location, on the other hand, was not the easiest thing to sort out. The hardest decision for us was to decide on where to put the house. I preferred being by the lake, while my husband preferred being close to shopping areas. We have decided to build because we realized from owning a house in our previous location that we preferred things a certain way. We were able to change some things about the house to make it suit us more.
Until all thr issues happen with their poor build quality such as the 10 cracked tiles i have, siding starting to push out, and touch ups. I had tp recaulk my house myself also, because they didn't send anyone the first 5 times we brought it up. We've had to reinforce a few so they can keep working properly.

Just like any other person building a house, I have been stalking the site for any development. I have been out there more than any person should be; I guess I am just that excited. To most people there is not much to see, but to me there is a lot.
While it may not seem like much, I can see where the garage and each other room would be. My son has been out there practicing how each room should be utilized. He even sat on the garage floor to demonstrate how he would drive his car. He has promptly notified me of what he wants me to cook in the kitchen and where he wants to face when eating his breakfast in the breakfast area. We have even been told of how our greeting should be as we enter the door.

Moving is never easy, anyone who says otherwise is lying. Though there are books and guides that might help ease matters, I think listening to the people you are doing this move with is a great start. We have spent many days just driving around to see what is there to see around Ft. My kids have made a list of things they would like to go, and that has helped them realize that moving is not so bad. They miss the friends they left behind, but they are making new ones.
I still have my wedding pictures waiting for me to finish that scrapbook…that was six years ago. Until the day I move in my stuff, I will have to practice patience. I am not a patient person, but I can try and that’s all I can do. I’ve convinced myself that going there every weekend would be better for my expectations and no longer have to come back to the apartment crushed.
