Miller’s Ale House Menu Highlights
Crispy tortilla chips layered with ancho chili seasoned ground beef. Smothered in Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese then topped with sour cream, green onions, pico de gallo, jalapenos and guacamole. Served with black beans and rice. Each hand-cut steak is served grilled or blackened to your liking. USDA fresh cut steaks with vegetable of the day and your choice of rice, baked potato or fries.
Served on a warm sub roll with hot au jus and fries. Lightly fried boneless chicken breast smothered with hot sauce and topped with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. If you’re dining in, there’s also usually at least one bar area where you enjoy your drink. The all-time specialty of Miller’s Ale House would have to be their Zingers. These have been part of their menu for 30 years. Zingers are basically long, hand-breaded chicken tenders that are dipped in buttermilk.

A choice flat iron steak with 10 crispy shrimp tossed in our spicy boom boom sauce. Chicken marinated in salsa on a mountain of tortilla chips smothered with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. Served with shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa and jalapenos.
